  THIEVES - This company came onto our property and stole our gas. They're claiming the tank was leased, but have not yet provided us with paperwork, and we've been buying gas from them for two years now. We put in a Central Boiler when we moved in, and thus have not been using as much, but they just topped us off in December (early April now).
  One day, we came home, and our tank filled with just under 85% gas was gone. In its place was a rickety upright cylinder on a cracked block, with NO GAS.
  They've said their compensation of what we paid in December of 2010 (folks it's 2012) plus a one-time (not APR) of 6% interest is a sufficient refund, but yet they intend to turn right around and sell it at today's rates (currently $.25 higher per gallon) - multiply that by the almost 425 gallons we had in there, and that's almost $100 profit for these theives.
  We are currently pursuing criminal and civil charges against the company, contact your PD, if they've done this to you, and if they haven't yet, be careful, one day you may come home, your tank will be drained and they'll give you a refund of what gas USED to cost not FMV.
  An employee told my husband (who did not swear at them to "F* off" when my husband told them that the new tank wasn't safe with our little children). He also told us later that if we were that concerned with their (empty with a higher center-of-gravity) tank, we shouldn't drive either as he's never heard of a tank falling on and killing a child.
  The secretary tried to tell me that you don't return groceries to a store for a lower dollar amount when the price drops... UMMM, yeah, but the grocery store never came to my house without permission or even a courtesy call, when I wasn't home and took back their groceries I had long-since paid for either!
  We were not overdue on our bill, and we had no outstanding bills. We were paid in full, and we did not owe them anything when they did this to us. Our last bill had been paid 45 days after the tank was filled and over two months BEFORE this incident.
  STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
